Standard shipping is used in most cases and usually takes 3-5 days. Krown Fragrances will not be responsible for delays directly related to the carrier.
Return Policy
Krown Fragrances wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will take any product back and issue a refund (minus shipping) for a period of 30 days. Krown Fragrances will not issue a refund for any used product. Defective products can be sent back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
